    PRODUCT INFORMATION

When breakfast is missed as an important meal, the noon and evening meals usually end up as being  big meals.  This makes up for the calories lost when breakfast is missed.  The meals result in foods made up of unhealthy high sugars, carbs, and saturated fats.

Similarly, a breakfast of fast food includes unhealthy carbs and lacking the necessary minerals and vitamins.

Extra insulin is required to process the resulting blood sugar from the high amount of blood glucose. The extra insulin opens the fat cells and causes extra weight to be added to the body.

To offset this weight gain situation, follow the  4-4-12 principle to burn fat and lose weight.

Substitute the normal breakfast with U Complete, a meal made up of high protein and low carbs, including vitamins, minerals and fiber.

Add U Balance to supplement the following two meals to continue with the fat-burning condition.

      SUGGESTED USE.

Combine two level scoops of UNICITY COMPLETE with 8 ozs.of water or skim milk. Mix thoroughly and drink immediately. Up to two meals can be replaced.

Fruit or berries can be mixed with the drink to create a delicious shake.

Take the U Complete and substitute for two meals each day when you desire to lose weight.
To maintain a consistent weight level, enjoy a U Complete shake in place of your normal breakfast. If you desire to gain weight, add a U Complete shake to your normal diet at each meal.

     SCIENCE

    Carbohydrates

The functioning of the body is highly dependent upon carbohydrates. A prime role of carbohydrates is to serve as a source of energy.

However, carbohydrates consumed in large quantities can have a negative effect on the body. Insulin levels will spike when eating a high carb meal resulting in excess calories being stored as fat. So called ‘fat free’ foods and drinks may be misleading because when a meal or a snack includes a lot of sugar and carbohydrates, the body converts any excess sugar to fat.

However, when a low carbohydrate diet is followed, the low amount of glucose created causes glucagon to be created by the pancreas. The resulting adipose tissue releases fat from the fat cells into the blood cells. This process creates a fat-burning condition within the body.

    Protein

A high protein diet is important for weight loss, since the calories from protein are consumed at a slower rate than calories from carbohydrates. Blood glucose spike levels are prevented which is critical to meet weight loss goals.

Studies have shown that a high-protein, low-carbohydrate diet will enable a person to reach their goals in weight loss and lean muscle mass. They will also achieve the feeling of being fuller between meals and not require a snack.

    Vitamins and Minerals

Our bodies need vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. The problem is that our daily diet does not readily provide them.

U Complete provides those necessary nutrients ensuring that you receive the amount needed to work at peak performance. A full profile of essential nutrients, including vitamins and minerals, is provided with each serving.
